  • Habitat
    An artificial pond with a surface area of approximately 800 m2 and an average depth of 1.8 m. Submergent and emergent vegetation present in pond. A buffer area of 15 m surrounding the edge of the pond is also included as enrolled lands. The pond's hydrology is supplied by a 10 cm diameter diversion pipe from a natural hillside seep located above the pond. Water temperature ranges from 6 - 20 degrees Celsius.

    Additional Notes
    The Agreement duration will be five years. The section 10(a)(1)(A)permit authorizing incidental take of Oregon Chub will have a term of 30 years from the effective date of the Agreement. Land use is residentail with light grazing.
