Location	Mohawk River drainage of the Mainstem Willamette River.

Habitat	An artificial pond with a surface area of approximately 800 m2 and an average depth of 1.8 m. Submergent and emergent vegetation present in pond. A buffer area of 15 m surrounding the edge of the pond is also included as enrolled lands. The pond's hydrology is supplied by a 10 cm diameter diversion pipe from a natural hillside seep located above the pond. Water temperature ranges from 6 - 20 degrees Celsius.
