    On-site mitigation includes protection of 336 acres in perpetuity to be managed by Travis County, including a 137-acre golden-cheeked warbler preserve and 199 acres anticipated to evolve into GCW habitat, with 123 acres of that total for use as mitigation credit. On 8/26/1999, the landowner by letter to the Service withdrew a proposal with greater endangered species impacts and requested that the Service consider the development proposal which led to issuance of this current incidental take permit.
