    Two phases to project I-Transitional-expected to last 2-5 yr Recreational equestrian guest ranch/meeting venue with construction of 8000 sq ft meeting hall on disturbed habitat II-Residential-construction of 50 Single family residences; Incidental take in form of temporary loss of 27.1 acres of Sonoran desertscrub (footprints of SFR and attendant driveways), plus harrassment (ONLY) of up to 2 adult cactus ferruginous pygmy-owls. The pygmy-owl was delisted in FY06; however, the delisting is being challenged in court. We are awaiting guidance from the WO on termination of permits issued to species that are delisted for reasons other than recovery.
