    Monitoring reports received on 10/05/2009 included annual reports from 2003-2008.
    Additional Notes
    1) Minor amendment made in July 2004 to include tribal land in non-permanent take 2) Minor amendment in July 2009 clarify procedures for properties where illegal take occurs. 3) Two conservation banks were developed to provide mitigation credits under this HCP. One bank was estalished on 800 acres of SITLA property in 2005 -- all credits sold. The other bank was established on 220 acres in Iron County in 2009, purchased by Iron County (conservation easement held by UDWR) -- 220 credits available, 146 credits remaining as of 2/10/2010.
