    2008. September 2008 represents the final report. No additional reporting is required. Oct 2007. Permittee sent in a summary report indicating that the obligations of the HCP were fulfilled, except surveys, which they agreed to conduct in 2007 and 2008. Sept 2007. We do not have records that indicate the monitoring reports have been submitted. On 9/5/2007, the Permittee was contacted to resolve the issue.
    Additional Notes
    Martin County placed 6 additional acres of scrub habitat in conservation above what was required in the ITP. They conveyed an additional 2.6 acres of habitat to the State of Florida (3.26 was required) and abandoned an additional 3.4 acres of road ROW (29.2 was required).
