    Additional Notes
The original permit application was for the demolition, construction and occupancy of the Gulf State Park facilities. In September 2004, Hurricane Ivan struck the park and destroyed the facility. It is believed that ABM have been extirpated from the park. However, the applicant wished to move forward with the application since they anticipate reestablishing ABM in the park and would like to have coverage for any take that may result of the continued occupancy of the facility.
