    This SHA addresses Chiricahua leopard frogs rangewide in Arizona. It further recognizes the Malpai Borderlands SHA, and all landowners within the boundaries of the Malpai SHA will be addressed through the Malpai SHA. It will also recognize any additional individual or regional SHA that are developed in AZ.
