    This amendment was requested by the permittee to shift and reconfigure the permitted parking areas in the eastern portion of the park. FEMA required these changes since the area proposed for parking and gazebo construction washes out with most hurricanes. FEMA wanted the development to go into an area where they will have some longevity.
