Habitat	This Agreement covers proposed management activities on non-federal land and waters within the historic and current range of the Humboldt River Distinct Population Segment of LCT. They Humboldt DPS area consists of the upper Humboldt River basin population segment of LCT as delineated in the Service's 1995 LCT Recovery Plan, excluding the North Fork of the Little Humboldt River and its tributaries and Rock Creek in the Sonoma Range. The Humboldt DPS area also includees several introduced poplations in central Nevada which have LCT populations with management significance.
