    For each landowner who signs up under this Houston toad 46-Subdivisions HCP, who wishes to construct a single family residence (SFR) on a legal lot in one of the above 42 subdivisions (which contain medium quality habitat for the Houston toad), he/she will provide $1500 per SFR, and abide by all the terms and conditions of their permit, including strictly limiting construction of the SRF to no more than 0.5 acres total for each SFR. Besides the Houston toad and 7 rare species mentioned above, the Bald eagle will also benefit from this HCP.
