Precluded need to list species. Species removed from candidate status with 99CNOR (10/25/99). As of Sept 06, the FWS has reviewed a draft summary of monitoring activities from Coconino and Kaibab NFs. They will submit a formal request in FY07 to renew the CCA. FWS has been unsuccessful in attempts to contact the Tonto NF on how to proceed with their portion of the CCA. In FY 2008, FWS will formally request final monitoring reports from the three Forests (Coconino, Kaibab, and Tonto). After that, FWS, in discussions with the involved Forests, will determine if the CAA will be renewed.
