    This private landowner who owns ranchland in south central New Mexico wishes to restore healthy habitat to his property for 5 threatened and endangered species. Management and conservation actions currently proposed include: restoration of Centerfire Creek; erosion control; forest thinning; and controlled burning. These actions, although considered "temporary" under the auspices of a Safe Harbor Agreement, will be in effect for 30 years.
