Search the database

Select search options and choose a format. If no search options are entered, all data will be returned.

  • Select a start data, end date, or date range.

  • Choose one or more family/species from the list.

  • Choose one or more pathogens from the list. Checking the Detected Only box will limit results to those where the selected pathogen(s) were detected (only applies when at least one pathogen is selected). By default, results also include sites where the pathogen was tested for, but not detected.

  • Select a waterbody

  • Select a State

  • Select a Partner Agency

  • Generate a Map

    Select Map options and click the button to make the map.

  • Select the map extent.

  • Select the map size. In conjunction with the map area, the map size determines the level of detail for the map. A larger map size may be required to enable display of overlay layer(s) for large map areas.

  • Select the overlay layers that will appear on the map. These layers will be filtered using the search parameters. The opacity determines the level of transparency for the indicated layer.

  • Generate a Data Table

    Select table options and click the button to generate a table of search results.

  • Select the number of records to display at one time. Choosing to display all records may result in a significant delay as the page is loaded.

  • Download Data

    Download the data returned by the search. Choose a format below.

  • CSV: comma separated values file used for exchanging tabular data (spreadsheet)
    KML: (keyhole markup language) file format used to display geographic data in an Earth browser such as Google Earth, World Wind, or ArcGIS Explorer
