File Descriptions The files listed in this document are the minimum content of a Priority Resources of Concern (ROC) ServCat record. These files were developed as part of the priority ROC documentation process (USFWS 2020, Taylor and Paveglio 2017) for Stillwater and Fallon National Wildlife Refuges, two of the 3 refuges that comprise the Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge Complex (lit code=stlc). The file names consist of four elements: a code that represents the complex or refuge, a tag of "roc", a condensed short name, and a date in the "yyyymmdd" format. Each element is partitioned using the underscore "_" character. For example, a table representing the Priority Resources of Concern for Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge Complex would be "stwc_roc_priority_20200121.csv" File Content description stlc_roc_sources_20200122.csv A list of citations representing the ROC criteria information sources used in the ROC documentation process. Soursces include state and national conservation plans, species special status lists, and refuge purposes and enabling legislation. stlc_roc_complist_20200122.csv The 'Comprehensive List of Resources of Concern' for the refuge complex (Table 4 in Taylor and Paveglio 2017). A list of species cross-referenced to species list sources: state and national conservation plans, sensitive species lists and refuge purposes and enabling legislation. Contains no criteria score information. Full citations for the list sources (represented in the columns of the table) are provided in the nwrc_roc_sources_yyyymmdd.csv file. stlc_roc_criteria_20200416.xlsx The criteria, criteria descriptions, criteria scoring scales, and criteria weights used in the ROC documentation process. stlc_roc_priority_20200513.csv A table of the selected priority ROCs for the refuge complex (Table 5 in Taylor and Paveglio 2017). A final product of the ROC documentation process. The table identifies the ROC unique identifiers (_<3-letter ROC code>), the priority ROCs, the nested ROCs, the refuges in the Complex where the priority ROC occurs (3-letter refuge LIT codes), and the final priority ROC ranks (1=highest priority). refuge lit codes are as follows: STL=Stillwater NWR, FLN=Fallon NWR stlc_roc_priority_20200506.xml The Extensible Markup Language (XML) version of the priority ROC table (aka 'Table 5'). The data in this version is structured as a machine-readable file. stlc_roc_summary_20200402.xlsx A table summarizing selected priority ROCs for the refuge complex (Table 5 in Taylor and Paveglio 2017). The table identifies the ROC unique identifiers (_<3-letter ROC code>), the priority ROCs, the nested ROCs, the refuges in the Complex where the priority ROC occurs (3-letter refuge LIT codes), ROC criteria scores, ROC total scores, and the final priority ROC ranks (1=highest priority).
