Getting ECOS and FWS help
For assistance with a U.S. FWS ECOS web application available from the ECOS home page:
Please use our help desk web form or call us at 970-266-2999 M-F. excluding major holidays during following times:
- 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern time
- 8:00am - 4:00pm Central time
- 7:00am - 3:00pm Mountain time
- 6:00am - 2:00pm Pacific time
- 5:00am - 1:00pm Alaska time
- 4:00am - 12:00pm Hawaii Time
If you have a concern related to Threatened & Endangered Species or FWS policy such as:
- There may be an endangered species on land being developed.
- You saw endangered species and want to report it.
- Someone has killed or is hunting endangered species.
- Any other species-related questions or concerns.
