All information, including personal information, placed or sent over this system may be monitored, and users of this system are reminded that such monitoring does occur. Therefore, there should be no expectation of privacy with respect to use of this system.

All information placed in this system once a user has logged in, including contact and project information, may be stored for future reference as part of an administrative record under the Endangered Species Act and may be subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
