A plan was developed by Natural Channel Designs to address water issues for private land owners on the drain. Though there is low probability of chub being in this area it helped to build relationships with landowners. Additionally by creating pools and adding fish structues these area could be used in the future by fish. temperature data is being collected by NDOW to see if the area could be suitable for chub.
