The LO met me in-person on 5/2/2023 and showed me to where the plants were located in the open field. Unfortunately, it seemed that his Lesee had recently sprayed the site. Grass looked scorched, however there were some LFSV plants hanging on. They mentioned having a past ag exemption, but they did not want to jump through any hopes again. Was not overly receptive when I brought up long-term conservation of the plants or habitat. There were plants visible on adjacent LO property, and that site looked mowed.
