Six sites were identified a potential habitat during the reconnaissance survey, and these sites are inspected annually in March of each year. A Fringed Mountain Snail Management Plan has been prepared to identify measures for protecting these potential habitat sites from disturbance, to monitor the areas for changes and to incorporate the appropriate federal and state agencies into the consultation process for these sites.
